Remember the good old days when it was impressive to knock out 20 kipping HSPU? Today, that number is 30-40+, or doing it with a deficit. One common fault we see in athletes who struggle with both kipping and deficit HSPU is the sequencing in which they use their knees and hips to assist with the rep.
