Today’s optional metcon is for those who need to get comfortable moving heavy weight in a metcon, so we’re dropping you in no-mans land with a big set of 20 sandbag cleans smack in the middle of the workout. The sandbag is where the separation between you and your training partners is going to occur, and with so many reps efficiency is key. Check out some tips for how to make these as “easy” as possible.
