As we wrap up a pretty challenging squat cycle, it becomes more and more important to do the right prep work before you start loading up the barbell. 1. Misfit WOD – For Weight

Each set should be 80% or more or your 1RM
The descent of the Squat should be under your control. You are not “falling” into the bottom and bouncing out. Some bounce is okay but we don’t want to rely on it. Stand up each rep as fast as possible.
